Dear guests,

with Regata + our loyalty card and the original Regular Customer Card, you can enjoy the benefits of the loyalty program at one of our two hotels.

The main advantage is the permanent 15% discount on prices for accommodation and

other goods and services. The condition for obtaining the discount is the booking of accommodation at Hotel Horizont in Pec pod Sněžkou or Hotel Port at Macha Lake in person, via telephone, e-mail or online from the hotel websites. For accommodation ordered through an intermediary, the loyalty cardholder obtains the discount only on goods and services purchased at the hotel.

Another advantage of the program is the acquisition of loyalty points, 1 point for every 1 CZK paid. You can redeem these points for rewards from our Rewards gallery:

10 000 points

• Voucher for lunch/dinner at the Hotel Horizont or at the Hotel Port restaurant of your choice worth 500 CZK
• Voucher for a fresh cake or pastry of your choice from the hotel pastry shop worth 500 CZK (valid only at Hotel Horizont)
• Tasting of 4 selected rums for 2 people at the Hotel Port restaurant
• Voucher for 4 cocktails at Sky Club 18 at Horizont Hotel
• Family ticket for a sightseeing cruise on Macha Lake (valid only at Hotel Port)

  a bottle of sparkling wine at the Hotel Horizont or at the Hotel Port
• 6 bottles of Moravian wine from the Château Cellars
• Voucher for 2 hours of bowling for 4 people including beverage consumption worth 1 000 CZK (valid only at Hotel Port)
• Voucher for a 60 minute massage of your choice for 1 person at the Sport and Wellness Centre at the Hotel Horizont or at the Hotel Port
• Family ticket for the cable from Pec to Sněžka (one-way) for 2 adults + 2 children up to 10 years of age (only at Horizont Hotel)

35 000 points

65 000 points

• Accommodation voucher for 2 persons for 1 night with breakfast in a standard double room at Horizont Hotel or Port Hotel with a bottle of red wine on arrival

100 000 points

• Accommodation voucher for 2 persons for 2 nights with breakfast in a standard double room at Horizont Hotel or Port Hotel with a bottle of red wine on arrival
• Accommodation voucher for 2 persons for 1 night with breakfast in a hotel suite for
  a minimum of 3 nights (only at Port Hotel)

How to obtain and use the loyalty card?

The hotel receptionist will give you the card if you submit a completed registration form and spend more than 5 000 CZK for services and goods purchased at the hotel. The registration form is enclosed in the hotel guide in your room. It is also available at reception and on the hotel websites.

A permanent discount is provided for registered loyalty card holders upon presentation of the card at reception or when booking their stay. For those requesting a new card, the permanent discount is applied from their next stay. A card may be requested via the e-mail addresses.

At the end of your stay at our hotels, the number of points on your loyalty card will be updated

at reception.

The card is non-transferable and maximally 2 rooms can be drawn on 1 card.

Discounts and bonuses are counted at prices including VAT and are not added together.

When redeeming free nights for points from the loyalty program, you must indicate this fact when booking your stay and provide the loyalty card number or issued voucher number.

The free nights for points from the loyalty program are deducted from the total price, always at the price confirmed to the guest when booking the stay.

The vouchers for the Rewards gallery are always valid for 6 months and starting from the date of handover or ordering of the voucher.
