August and September

We head for the surrounding forests to gather fresh mushrooms for you. Porcini, giroles and more… All the kinds you can think of. Come taste a genuine Giant Mountain mushroom stir-fry, potato pancakes with mushrooms and other specialities.

October

This month features game and wild fowl, while the last weekend is devoted to pumpkin specialities as we celebrate Halloween.

November

“Goose and wine for St. Martin’s time”, as the proverb goes. From 11 November, you will be able to taste the first of this year’s young wines from Moravia, and our executive chef will roast a classic St. Martin’s goose with raspberry cabbage and home-made potato pancakes.

December

The highlight of the entire year – the Gourmet Days by Horizont Hotel’s executive chef Jiří Švestka – will surprise us with another showcase of gourmet dishes from his workshop.
